1. Services

BHSA provides online training courses and certification programs for beauty professionals. All products are delivered digitally through the BHSA platform.

2. Digital Access

Upon successful purchase, the user will receive access to the purchased course(s). Access is granted for personal or internal business use only.

BHSA reserves the right to modify, update, or improve course content at any time.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access to the course has been granted.

4. Use of Content

All course materials, including videos, documents, and downloadable content, are the intellectual property of BHSA.

Users may not:

share login credentials
distribute course materials
copy, reproduce, or resell any content

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Business Customers and VAT

BHSA primarily sells to business customers.

Customers purchasing from the European Union must provide a valid VAT ID where applicable.

For EU business customers outside Finland, reverse charge may apply in accordance with EU VAT regulations.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate company and tax information.

6. Limitation of Liability

BHSA provides educational content for professional development purposes.

BHSA does not guarantee specific results, business outcomes, or certifications required by local authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHSA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or content..

7. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

BHSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
